Pre-Tan
Before you get
faked…
#
Please
remove all traces of deodorant
#
Shower and thoroughly
exfoliate your face and body paying close attention to dry areas
(ankles, feet, elbows, knees, hands and underarms)
#
Do all hair removal
procedures at least eight hours beforehand.
#
Remove all traces of make
up and perfume.
#
Wear dark underwear,
bikini or g-string (or jocks for men).
#
Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing to change into (tanning solutions wash
out of most clothes very easily but may stain some materials).
After
you get faked…
#
Don’t exercise or do anything to
make you perspire for eight hours.
#
Don’t shower for eight hours to allow the DHA
to react.
#
Don’t apply cosmetics until after
your first shower.

How
long will you be faked for?
#
Between five and 10
days depending on the product used, your
skin type and your skin care routine.
For
the life
of your fake tan…
# Avoid
activities which naturally exfoliate the
skin like shaving, waxing, swimming and
baths.
#
Moisturise
regularly - for best results use a tan extending product (containing a
small amount of DHA) in the morning and a thick body moisturiser in the
evening.
